How easy and fast can I get started?

First Call 888.550.0556, then provide us some basics for accounting purposes, we activate your Ki App - you are up and running quickly. Ki is extremely intuitive to use because it is built specifically for the physician/advanced practice provider recruitment and retention industry by recruiters, so getting started is easy. We can even give you a quick training on the spot to kick things off or set a time convenient to you for more in depth training and set-up.

What hardware and software will I need?

No worries - Ki is Cloud Computing and Ki takes care of everything. All you need is access to an internet browser on a computer, tablet, or smart phone - you can even use your friends' device to get at your work with Ki!

How long is the term?

30 days, that's it. Stop anytime. If you want to take advantage of our discount program, we also have longer term options. We'd be glad to talk with you about it, just give us a ring: 888.550.0556.

Your month-to-month plan renews automatically and your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of your purchase plus applicable taxes each month. Your plan will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged. You may cancel any time by calling your Client Happiness Manager.

Are there other pricing options for organizations with many users?

Yes. For organizations with more than 4 to 5 Users, it might make sense to consider one of our other pricing options, we'd be glad to talk with you about them. 888.550.0556.

How do I get updates to Ki?

Ki updates work just like what you may already be used to when you get updates on other Apps or devices. We are continually improving and evolving Ki to make sure it remains the greatest thing since "sliced bread." Every so often we even introduce really innovative features but no worries, we will show you what they are and how to best use them as we roll them out.

Can I up-grade or even down-grade to the Ki version I need?

Of course, just call us and we will adjust to the version that best suits your needs at the time. Though most times people upgrade, we have also "right sized" the version a customer needs from one of our advanced versions to make sure they have what is best for them.

How do I get help?

At Ki we have what we call our "7 second rule." What this means is that if there is anything you need, even if it has nothing to do directly with Ki and it takes you longer than 7 seconds to figure it out - CALL US! Our only job is to be there for you.

Our normal training and technical hours are M-F 8AM to 5PM CST. Of course we also make ourselves available outside normal hours via cell if there is something that needs special attention.

Where is my data stored and can I get my data if I want it?

Our very first priority is always the security and privacy of our customers' data. Every piece of data in your Ki App is yours and yours alone. If at some point Ki is not right for you, we provide all your data and uploaded files to you.
